How to create a 412 plan in PlanGenPro.
Step 1: From the New Proposal Dropdown select "412 Plan."
Step 2: The app will display a page and under the settings tab the default settings for the parameters can be modified. Modify any of the settings by clicking on the box holding the default value, enter your selection, and click the save button.
Step 3: Click "Update and Recalculate" to confirm your settings. You will now notice that you have the ability to to set Plan Eligibility and Plan Participation by clicking the "Set Parameters... button or the "Edit Census Details..." button respectively.
Step 4: Under the Census tab you can make any changes to employee compensation by clicking "Edit Census Details..."
Step 5: Review the "Testing Tab" for testing results for all required discrimination and limitation tests. A test result with a warning message is an alert. If there is a test failure, the failure results with display, and the presentation button will be disabled until all failures are corrected.
Step 6: Click the Presentations Button to print a deliverable illustration in .pdf form.
