How to create a case in PlanGenPro.

How to create a new case in PlanGenPro for your desired company.


Step 1: From the homepage click the "New Case..." dropdown in left sidebar and then click "Add A New Case..."

Step 2: A form will appear in which you can fill out as much information you have about the company. It's most important to determine the Corporate Entity as well as the State.

Step 3: Once you are done click the blue "Save" button at the top and now your new case will be saved into your account. Clicking the "CASE:" or "Select from list..." hyperlinks in the left sidebar will allow you to see all of your existing cases.
