How to create a 401k safe harbor bundle in PlanGenPro.
Step 1: From the New Proposal Dropdown select "401k Safe Harbor Bundle."
Step 2: The Advanced DC Bundle Generator will pop up. Scroll down to see each of the plans that will be created. The 401k Safe Harbor Bundle feature automatically generates these three plans: Safe Harbor Match, DASH OPT, and DASH MAX.
Step 3: You can edit the configuration settings and plan date as needed. Then click "Generate Plan Bundle…" at the top of the screen and click ‘Ok’ on the pop-up that says, “This automatically generates multiple plans into a comparison.” Your bundle will be created.
Step 4: Scroll through the results to see the comparisons between the plans in your bundle. You will notice that each of the three plans in your bundle has an "Edit Proposal..." button underneath for which you can click on to make any individual edits to any of the plans.
Step 5: If you edit the individual proposals within the bundle you will be able to review the testing results for all required discrimination and limitation tests under the Testing tab.
Step 6: Once everything looks good click the Presentations Button to print a deliverable illustration in .pdf form.
