PlanGenPro won't let me print my presentation. How can I pass testing?

Tips for what you can do to get your PlanGenPro proposal to pass testing.

Step 1: Presentations can not be accessed until your proposal passes all discrimination tests.

Step 2: To determine why you failed the testing requirement, go to the Testing tab. On this tab, to the right of the label "Testing" it will display the notation "FAILED" if any test has failed discrimination testing.

Step 3: Click on the tab to display results for each required test for your proposal settings. Each will note a passed or failed result to assist you in determining how your proposal should be modified to achieve all passing test requirements to enable your presentation button for the printing of a proposal.

Step 4: If your plan has failed the General Test, you can scroll to the bottom of the page to access a button to display a report with the General Test Details including each rate group and its results. This button is labeled "IRC 401(a)(4) General Test (Rate Groups) Report…"

Step 5: Click the button to display the report.  It will display each rate group for each test using both benefits and rates with and without permitted disparity.

Steep 6: You will need to modify your rate group allocations settings from the Design Grid Tab and recalculate your proposal for the application to repeat testing.

Step 7: Once all tests yield a passing result, your presentation button will be enabled and the proposal can be downloaded.
